Caregiver allegedly sexually assaulted disabled patient | fdlreporter.com | Fond du Lac Reporter.

While I can tell you is that I just recently left an HMO service, because when I was in a conversation with the caregiver, the caregiver is threatened have me arrested after they asked me to call them.  I then notified my attorney he telephoned the police were I live to make sure that this caregiver could never call me back.  And then I went ahead and terminated from the company in question.

This story certifies once again, how none of these insurance companies can ever really be trusted, because most of them are filled with just disgustingly deceitful people who really are in the business of being caregivers at all.  But are simply in the business to make a fast buck and they are not nice people and they are really dishonest and very creepy.

I've gone back to Medicare.  I've gone back to the federal government were I know that the party I'm involved with has to obey federal laws.  These HMOs don't necessarily have to obey federal laws and a skirt those laws all the time.  In addition, I have tape recorded conversations with this caregiver and the HMO and all the conversations I had with the police are all tape-recorded.  And they have been recorded for my protection.  Furthermore, I have gone and made sure that no one from any insurance company and no one at all can contact me without my express permission.

I would suggest that any of you who are in fact been mistreated by any insurance company or the medical institutions of this country or the medical system of this country, whether it be a doctor or insurance company or drug company that if you are being mistreated do not talk to any of them going get an attorney right away.  Talk to a lawyer do not talk to these people they can't be trusted.

And just so everybody remembers exactly who I am…

My grandfathers brother, Dr. Ally Maschke, was the director of mount Sinai medical center here in Cleveland, until his death.  My cousin, Dr. Victor Vertese, was also the director of mount Sinai medical center until his death.  Additionally, my father, Maurice Maschke Jr., was on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland clinic foundation, until his death.  And my father, Maurice Maschke Jr., and I, were personal friends of Dr. Bernard Kryle, one of the Main founders of the Cleveland clinic foundation here in Cleveland.  Furthermore, my grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was the United States customs inspector for the entire United States under president Harding.  And I was also a certified and bonded, bill collector for the medical industry and the medical insurance industry for five years.

And in addition to that, I have testimony showing that I am a survivor of medical abuse from the medical community for over 50 years.

So what other people tell you about the medical community they don't have these credentials I have.  When I tell you these things about the medical community you can count these things are facts.  I grew up in the medical community surrounded by doctors and lawyers.  And I have been systematically abused by the medical community all of my life.

I do not do these articles for me.  I do them for you.  My time here on earth is coming to a close because of all the terminal conditions I have going on in my body at this time.  These articles are not about me they are about you.  You are the ones who are going to survive me.  You are the ones who have families and children and you are the ones who are out there living in the world.  I have always tried to be a very staunch human rights advocate all of my life.  I'm doing no less now.  You deserve better.  You do not deserve to be treated this way.

If you are in fact being abused or cheated in any way, shape, or form, by the insurance companies by the drug companies or by a doctor or by the medical community in any way, do not talk to any of those people under any circumstances.  Immediately go and talk to an attorney.  Make sure you have an attorney representing you do not trust these medical institutions or the doctors or the drug companies or the insurance companies.  They cannot be trusted.  They are not to be trusted.
