A comprehensive, population-based strategy is needed in the form of a "National Obesity Prevention Program"

Study after study has revealed "the problem" we  have as a country when it comes to having too large of our population overweight.  Many reports direct the blame at specific retailers, goverment agencies and even at parents.  Our schools are even taking a hit on being responsible for not providing enough quality physical exercise and nutritional education.
